  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix with fork the flour, sugar, salt and Crisco.

    Add water, egg and vinegar.

    Mix well, then with hands, mix into balls. Makes 3 (9-inch) pie crusts.

    Chill dough before rolling out.
