- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1With pastry blender or fork, cut Crisco into flour and salt. Add beaten egg with vinegar.

2Slice through.

3Then add 5 tablespoons cold water.

4Slice through mixture.

5Divide into 4 parts, roll out on floured waxed paper to fit pie tin with 1-inch hang over.

6Turn under edge and flute.
