- 6 c. flour
- 1 lb. (2 c.) Crisco shortening
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- water
Directions

1Mix flour, shortening and salt.

2Beat egg in measuring cup; add vinegar and finish filling with water to measure 1 cup.

3Mix with flour mixture.

4Put in plastic bag; close securely.

5Store in refrigerator.

6This may be rolled to use immediately or will keep three to four weeks in refrigerator.

7This is very easy to handle and can be rolled as much as necessary.
