- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 whole egg
- 1 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Measure 3 cups of flour in mixing bowl and add salt.

2Measure 1/2 cup water in a 2-cup measuring cup.

3Finish filling with shortening.

4Dip out shortening, leaving in water.

5Mix in shortening and flour, cutting in shortening.

6Add vinegar and egg in water.

7Beat with fork.
-
8Add to flour mixture.

9Makes 4 or 5 pie crusts.
