  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 c. lard
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Blend dry ingredients with the lard.

    Add egg and liquids. Mix. Take out as much as needed.

    Roll out on heavily floured board.

    Remaining dough may be stored in a covered bowl in the refrigerator until needed.
