- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 7 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Cut shortening into flour and salt until it resembles crumbs. Combine slightly beaten egg, vinegar and water.

2Sprinkle on dry ingredients.

3Mix with fork.

4Let stand about 10 minutes.

5Roll out or divide and put in refrigerator.

6Very good for freezing. Makes 3 or 4 crusts.
