- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients together lightly by tossing with a fork.

2Beat egg well; add the water and the vinegar and mix all together.

3Add to dry ingredients.

4Mix until moist.

5Mold together with your hands; don't handle too much at once.

6Chill before rolling.

7Can be kept in refrigerator for 1 week.
