Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 2/3 c. shortening (Crisco)
  • 1 beaten egg, in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cut shortening into flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add egg and water and mix.

    Shape into balls and freeze or roll out and use.

    Makes about 7 crusts.

    You may re-roll or re-shape; dough doesn't get tough!
