- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- salt
Directions

1Bring milk and eggs to room temperature.

2Grease 6 individual custard cups or popover pans (not muffin tins).

3Mix milk, flour and salt.

4Place custard cups on a cookie sheet, leaving space around each cup.

5Preheat oven to 450°.

6Put cups in oven to warm them.

7Batter should sizzle when it goes in cups.
-
8Add eggs to batter, one at a time, not overbeating.

9Pour batter into cups. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

10Reduce heat to 350° for 15 minutes. Do not open oven during baking time.
