- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- dash of salt
- 6 eggs
- flavoring (use your favorite)
Directions

1Beat margarine until fluffy.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Mix flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt.

4Add flour mixture alternately with eggs.

5Use your favorite flavoring (I use 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 teaspoon almond).

6Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
