Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 6 1/2 c. bread flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix together water, sugar and yeast.

    Add 2 cups flour and salt, then add eggs, oil and remaining flour.

    Mix well; let rise about 2 hours.

    Knead dough and put in pans.

    Let rise again and bake at 450° for 12 minutes or until done.
