- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 green onions with tops, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. bottled clam juice and milk
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams (save juice)
- dash of salt and white pepper
- 1 c. whipping cream
Directions

1In a microwavable dish, saute bacon until crisp.

2Add green onions and potatoes; saute a few minutes.

3Sprinkle with flour. Add clam juice with milk.

4Bring to a boil; stir and simmer until potatoes are tender (about 8 minutes).

5Add salt and pepper; stir. Add clams with liquid and whipping cream.

6Heat, stir and serve. Do not overcook.
