- 1 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts or florets, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In bowl cook unpeeled potatoes, margarine and 2 tablespoons water, covered, on High for 10 to 12 minutes, until tender.

2Stir twice during cooking.

3With masher, mash lightly.

4Stir in broccoli, pepper and salt.

5Top with cheese.

6Melt 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

7Makes 4 servings.
