  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 1 1/2 t baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour sifted
  • 1 cup boiling water
