- 12 oz. diced potatoes
- 1 qt. cold water
- 3/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 oz. onion
- 12 1/2 oz. cream of celery soup
- 12 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. liquid margarine
- 4 Tbsp. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Cook the potatoes in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain off water. Combine all ingredients except margarine and crumbs.

2Place in long pan. Drizzle margarine on top and sprinkle corn flake crumbs.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
