- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. wesson oil
- 1 lb. ground beef (lean)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 lb. velveeta (cubed)
- 12 oz. can tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small jar mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Fry onions and meat in butter until brown.

2Add both cans of soup and continue cooking, stirring frequently.

3May be thinned with tomato juice, if desired.

4Add mushrooms and cubed cheese and continue cooking and stirring.

5Serve over previously cooked spaghetti.
