  • 8 medium size red new potatoes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Quarter potatoes and boil until soft in the middle.

    Drain. Mix soup, sour cream, butter and onion.

    Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
