  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 cups cooked rice, cold
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions
