  • 2 ounces pink gin, preferably Rogue
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • 1/2 ounce Pinot Noir or other light, fruity red wine

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Simple Syrup and lemon juice.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. 3
    Strain into a chilled ice-filled rocks glass and float the wine on top, slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon near the drink's surface.
