- 3 packages yeast
- 3 34 cups water
- 3 pinches sugar
- 6 teaspoons salt
- 12 -15 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 cups water
- salt, coarse
Directions

1Knead 10 minutes.

2Place in greased bowl and let rise until it doubles.

3Make ropes 18 inches long and twist into pretzel shape.

4Boil: 4 cups water and 4 tsp.

5baking soda.

6Drop 3 pretzels in and boil 1 minute or until they float.

7Remove, drain, and place on cookie sheet.

8Sprinkle with coarse or pretzel salt.

9Bake@ 475 degrees for 12 minutes.
