- 3 c. fresh raspberries
- 4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Rinse berries and air dry on paper towel.

2Place berries in a 6 cup jar; set aside.

3In medium saucepan, combine vinegar and sugar.

4Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar melts.

5Do not boil.

6Pour hot mixture over berries; cover jar tightly and let stand at room temperature for 48 hours. Strain through several layers of cheesecloth into a jar or bottle. Seal tightly with lid.

7Store in cool, dark place.
