- 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 c. chopped ham, sausage or bacon
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 3/4 Tbsp. dried mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Use cooking spray to coat 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

2Pour croutons in pan to cover bottom.

3Cover with 1/2 cheese and meat. Combine eggs, milk, dried mustard, soup and salt and pepper.

4Pour liquid mixture over contents of pan.

5Spread rest of cheese over liquid.

6Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

7Preheat oven to 325°.

8Remove plastic wrap or foil and bake for 1 hour.

9Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
