Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef brisket
- 1 1/4 c. carrots, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 c. curly noodles
Directions

1Cut brisket into 1-inch cubes.

2Brown in hot oil.

3Add carrots, onion, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, water and salt.

4Cover and cook on low heat for about 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

5Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water.

6Add to beef mixture and stir until thick and bubbly.

7Prepare curly noodles according to package instructions. Serve beef mixture over noodles.

8Garnish with carrot curls and parsley.
