- 6 lean pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
- prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken rice soup
Directions

1Spread pork chops with a thin coating of mustard.

2Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag.

3Shake chops in the bag to coat with flour, then brown in oil in a heavy skillet.

4Place chops in baking dish.

5Cover with soup.

6Cover.

7Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 60 minutes.

8Place chops on a platter.

9Spoon rice on each chop.

10Add 1 cup of water to liquid; bring to a boil. Thicken it.

11Serve as gravy over mashed potatoes.
