- MARINADE: (per 2 eggs)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar

1Bring the water to a boil in a pot.

3Lower the heat, but still keep boiling for 6:30 to 7 minutes.

4Quickly drain water and put them in iced water (It makes it easier to peel).

8Soak for half day to overnight.
