- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 stick Butter
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/3 cups Cocoa
- 2/3 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
Directions

11. Place a piece of wax paper or foil on a cookie sheet or counter.

22. Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a rolling boil.

33. Remove from heat and cool for 1 minute.

44. Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Stir to mix well.

55. Quickly drop mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.

66. Cool completely and store in a cool dry place.

8Note: if you would like, you can add about 1/4 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc.) for extra flavor and zest!
