- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup raw honey
- 23 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 12 cup chocolate chips (any variety)
Directions

1Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray.

2Combine cereal and oats in large mixing bowl.

3In small sauce pan heat butter, honey and brown sugar.

4Heat until bubbly.

5Add vanilla and protein powder.

6Stir continually for a 1-2 minutes.

7Pour on top of cereal mixture and stir to combine.

8Press into 9X13 pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

9Spray smooth side of meat tenderizer with cooking spray and pound flat.

10Let cool then cut into 20 bars.

11Wrap individually and store in a cool dry place.
