  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup raw honey
  • 23 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 12 cup chocolate chips (any variety)

Directions

    Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray.

    Combine cereal and oats in large mixing bowl.

    In small sauce pan heat butter, honey and brown sugar.

    Heat until bubbly.

    Add vanilla and protein powder.

    Stir continually for a 1-2 minutes.

    Pour on top of cereal mixture and stir to combine.

    Press into 9X13 pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

    Spray smooth side of meat tenderizer with cooking spray and pound flat.

    Let cool then cut into 20 bars.

    Wrap individually and store in a cool dry place.
