- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can milk
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine rice, water, salt and oleo in a nonstick saucepan; bring to a boil.

2Stir; simmer and let cook 15 minutes.

3Let set 5 minutes.

4Stir in condensed milk, plain milk and raisins.

5Bring almost to a boil over medium heat.

6Beat eggs in a bowl.

7Add some of the hot rice mixture, then add to rice mixture in saucepan.

8Cook 5 to 10 minutes on low heat, then add vanilla. Continue cooking on low until thick.

9Stir often.
