No Bake Rice Pudding

  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. River rice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice)
  • 1 qt. whipping cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Cook rice until done and rinse.

    Whip the cream until stiff. Mix rice, crushed pineapple and cream.

    Add sugar to taste.
