No-Bake Summer Pie

  • 1 shortbread pie crust
  • 12 ounces Yoplait vanilla custard-style yogurt
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 ounces fat-free cool whip
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups firm bananas

Directions

    Slice bananas and strawberries 1/4inch thick.

    Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Place half of mixture in bottom of pie shell.

    Place sliced strawberries and bananas, alternating them until mixture is covered.

    Place rest of the whipped cream mixture on top of the fruit and place remaining fruit decoratively on top.

    I usually save the prettiest strawberry and put it on the top of the pie.

    Let refrigerate for 3-4 hours so it can set-up and slice easily.
