Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 bay leaf, halved
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3 lbs chicken parts
Directions

1In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients except chicken.

2Bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer 2 minute

4Remove from heat and cool.

5Pierce chicken with a fork.

6Place in a tight fitting bowl.

7Add cooled marinade. Save some for basting.

8Turn to coat.

9Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Grill or bake at 350 deg. about 50-55 minute

10Baste often with remaining marinade.
