- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in oil. Add ground chuck and brown. Add remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
