- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. skim or powdered milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. plus flour
- white of 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Set yeast and warm water aside.

2Mix milk, sugar, 2 cups flour, egg and oil.

3Add yeast mixture, then add other flour.

4Let rise until double (approximately 45 minutes).

5Work dough and knead in bowl.

6Pinch off or roll out and cut.

7Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
