Ingredients
- 5 lb. bread flour
- 5 c. warm water
- 3 oz. fresh yeast or 4 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

2Wait a few minutes until mixture bubbles.

3Add oil, salt and flour.

4Mix with mixer or knead.

5Mixture should not be too soft and not too hard.

6Let rise approximately 1 hour.

7Divide into 6 balls.

8Roll out into 12 x 15-inch rectangle (approximately).

9Fill with 3/4 to 1 cup sugar and 3 to 4 ounces cocoa (depending on how sweet it is desired). Roll into 15-inch logs.

10Let rise 3/4 to 1 hour.

11Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375°.
