  • 1 pkg. fluffy white icing mix
  • 1/3 c. white Karo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine mix, corn syrup, vanilla and water.

    Beat on high until peaks form, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3
    Then gradually, on low speed, blend in sugar.
  4. 4
    Stir in nuts.
  5. 5
    Drop on lightly buttered dish. When outside feels firm, turn over. Dry at least 12 hours.

    Makes about 5 to 6 dozen.
