Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk*
  • 3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

    Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

    *1 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored soymilk may be substituted.

    Note: For testing purposes, we used Egg Beaters egg substitute and Silk Vanilla Soymilk.
