  • 1 pkg. coconut bar cookies
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 medium container Cool Whip
  • 1 pt. fresh or frozen peaches, sweetened to taste

Directions

    Crumble thick layer of cookies in bottom of casserole.

    Mix pudding by package directions and spread over crumbs.

    Spread peaches over pudding and spread layer of Cool Whip over peaches. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over cool Whip.

    Refrigerate overnight.
