- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. powdered milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 2 c. warm water
- 7 c. unsifted flour (unbleached)
Directions

1Put ingredients into large mixing bowl; beat for 8 to 10 minutes.

2Stir and knead 5 to 10 minutes, until dough stiffens and isn't sticky.

3Dough should be smooth and elastic.

4Cover with folded towel; let rest for 20 minutes.

5Roll out and place in greased pan.

6Refrigerate 24 hours.

7Preheat oven to 350°.

8Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
