No Fail Cherry Cobbler

  • 1 can cherries (peaches, pears or other fruit with juice can be used)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Heat can of cherries.

    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk.

    Melt margarine or butter in 2 quart baking dish.
  4. 4
    Pour the mixed batter over the top of the melted butter, then pour hot fruit over batter and bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
