No Fail Crock Pot Beef Stew

- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 2 onions, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 -2 lb stewing beef or 1 -2 lb cut up beef roast
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water
Directions

1Layer vegetables in the crock pot as listed above, then add beef.

2Mix the soups and water together and pour over all.

3Put crock pot on low.

4Cook all night and the next evening your beef stew will be ready.

5Be sure and check in the morning to see if a little water needs to be added.
