No Fail Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut up
  • 2 onions, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 -2 lb stewing beef or 1 -2 lb cut up beef roast
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water

Directions

    Layer vegetables in the crock pot as listed above, then add beef.

    Mix the soups and water together and pour over all.

    Put crock pot on low.

    Cook all night and the next evening your beef stew will be ready.

    Be sure and check in the morning to see if a little water needs to be added.
