- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 egg whites
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Cook 2 tablespoons of sugar, cornstarch and water until clear. Cool and set aside.

2Beat egg whites, adding remaining 5 tablespoons of sugar gradually.

3Add salt and cooled cornstarch mixture to egg whites and beat well.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
