  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients and shortening with pastry blender until the size of peas.
