- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 egg whites
- dash salt
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. sugar with water and cook together until clear; then set aside.

2Add salt to egg whites and whip until foamy or standing in peaks. add the mixture you set aside. Continue beating until creamy, add 6 Tbsp. sugar gradually.

3Beat until very creamy.

4Pile on pie and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until a golden brown.
