- 6 c. flour
- 1 lb. lard (not shortening)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Cut the first 3 ingredients together with pastry blender.

2In a large measuring cup, beat egg.

3Add vinegar and fill cup with water.

4Add to flour mixture and mix to blend.

5These crusts can be separated into small bags and frozen to use at a later time (although they are best when baked fresh!).

6Makes 6 to 8 crusts.
