  • 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 Tbsp. preferred vegetable oil

    Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Stir or whisk until smooth.

    Keep in a closed container.

    Use 1/4 cup to equal 1 egg. This freezes well or will keep for a week in the refrigerator. Use in place of whole eggs in any recipe calling for a beaten egg.
