- 1 (16 oz.) no-fat cottage cheese
- 1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's no-fat dressing
Directions

1Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor until smooth.

2Add Knorr soup mix and dressing.

3Thaw spinach; rinse and squeeze all water out.

4Add to mixture.

5Cut hole in center of pumpernickel bread and use for bowl.

6Use cut out bread for dipping.
