- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. skim milk
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- toasted almonds or peppermint candy (optional)
Directions

1Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a 6 or 8 cup measure. Gradually stir the milk into dry mixture with wire whisk and cover.

2Cook on High for 5 to 8 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring 2 or 3 times.
