  • 2 lb. stew meat, cut in small pieces
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine (Burgundy)

    Put all together in casserole dish; cover tightly.

    Bake at 350° for 2 hours.

    Serve over rice or noodles.

    Might need a little water added before serving.
