  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
  • 1 envelope onion mix

Directions

    Grease (oleo) 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Stir together in pan all ingredients except chicken breasts.

    Lay chicken breasts on top and sprinkle onion mix over top.

    Cover with Reynolds Wrap. Bake 2 hours at 350°.
