- 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1 c. long grain rice, raw
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1Put uncooked rice in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix melted margarine, milk and soup.

3Pour over rice.

4Lay the chicken on top of this. Sprinkle soup mix over the chicken.

5Seal well with foil.

6Bake 2 1/2 hours in 325° oven.
